Pure Shine Detailing
West Sussex

Car detailing is a thorough, multi-step process that goes far beyond a standard car wash. It includes paint correction, polishing, interior deep cleaning, and protective coatings to restore your vehicle to showroom condition. A car wash only removes surface dirt, while detailing addresses scratches, swirl marks, stains, and long-term paint protection.

A full premium detail typically takes between 6–10 hours depending on the vehicle's size and condition. Individual services like a one step polish may take 3–4 hours, while interior detailing usually takes 2–3 hours. We never rush — quality results take time.

We recommend a full detail every 3–6 months to maintain your vehicle's appearance and protect the paintwork. If you have a ceramic coating applied, a maintenance wash every 2–4 weeks will keep the coating performing at its best.

Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer applied to your car's exterior that creates a durable, hydrophobic layer of protection. It repels water, dirt, and UV rays while providing an incredible depth of gloss. It's absolutely worth it for long-term paint protection and easier maintenance.

Paint correction is the process of removing imperfections from your car's paint surface — including swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, and water spots. Using machine polishers and specialist compounds, we restore your paint to a flawless, mirror-like finish.

Yes! Our paint correction service can remove most light to moderate scratches and swirl marks. Deep scratches that have gone through the clear coat may require touch-up paint, but the majority of surface imperfections can be fully corrected.
